The story of The Bright Size began with a deeply personal move. As Holly helped her parents transition from their longtime family home into a new one, she discovered a new passion: creating warm, beautiful, and inviting living spaces for people in the next chapter of their lives.

With her degree in Gerontology and decades of experience in case management, Holly saw how she could combine her skills to build a business that makes a real difference. While she has a special touch for seniors, she handles moves from all stages of life. Holly and her team infuse every project, big or small, with experience, a supportive attitude, and a little bit of fun.

RELOCATION SPECIALIST

Ann first crossed paths with Holly at a meet-and-greet for The Bright Size in the summer of 2023. She instantly fell in love with the company's concept and started helping with weekend projects. It wasn't long before Ann became an invaluable part of the team. Holly quickly noticed that she could trust Ann to jump in and get things done, often without a single instruction.

Ann and Holly's professional relationship quickly blossomed into a great friendship. They've had a blast on projects, including remote moves to Baton Rouge and San Antonio. Whenever Ann is able to join the crew, she brings her project-managing expertise and an amazing sense of humor that makes every job a joy.

RELOCATION SPECIALIST

Holly and Tracey met in a moment of pure vacation magic. It was 2006 on South Padre Island when their families' paths crossed, and an instant friendship blossomed. They've kept the good times rolling, making that annual beach trip a tradition ever since.

In July 2024, Tracey officially joined The Bright Size team. With a strong background in accounting and organization, she brings compassion, precision, and a great sense of fun to every project. In her own busy family home, Tracey loves to stay organized and practical, and that passion for order carries over into all her work with The Bright Size.Description goes here

RELOCATION ASSISTANT

Holly and Angel met at a neighborhood watching party of the Texas Rangers a few years ago. They were both enjoying their favorite baseball team in the World Series and hit it off!

Angel absolutely loves being organized myself - especially her closet and bathroom. It helps her to know everything has its place so when she needs something, it can be found easily. Kitchens and closets are Angel’s favorite areas to pack, unpack and resettle. She enjoys giving advice on how certain things should go to make routines run smoothly.

Lauren first learned about The Bright Size when the company moved her parents in 2022. They did an amazing job taking care of both their personal needs and their belongings.  A couple of years later, Holly and Tracey resettled Lauren and her husband after they moved from Tulsa to Dallas.  

Lauren has a lot of empathy for clients in transition as she has moved around quite a bit. She also loves to pack, organize, decorate and help everything have its best place so joining The Bright Size team seemed liked a great fit. She has loved the opportunity to be a part of the client’s transition to new spaces.

RELOCATION ASSISTANT

Michelle first learned about The Bright Size from fellow Brightsizer, Tracey Lindley, while they were both helping their daughters move into their college dorms. The Bright Size mission resonated deeply with Michelle, who has experienced firsthand the complexities of helping parents downsize and transition to assisted living.

TBS Marketing will be in Michelle’s capable hands: from managing client expectations to providing hands-on support - her commitment to helping others with genuine care, efficiency, a touch of humor, and exceptional service aligns is a welcome addition!

Utilizing emotional support as a Relocation Specialist is a crucial part of our job, extending beyond the physical logistics of moving. It involves a mix of active listening, empathy, and practical strategies to help our clients navigate the stress, anxiety, and sentimental attachments that often accompany a move.

The goal is to be a steady, reassuring presence that turns an overwhelming experience into a manageable one. Holly is a certified Case Manager with a degree in Gerontology which comes in handy with clients of all stages of life.

We've built The Bright Size around the simple idea that a positive attitude and a healthy dose of humor can transform the entire experience. We don't rely on gags or cheesy jokes; instead, our team embodies a genuine, upbeat spirit, living by the adage, "Why not be fun to be around?"

By focusing on the brighter side of things, we help you see the move not as a burden, but as the exciting start of a new chapter.
